We are glad to welcome you to our hotel. You are a welcome guest for us, and we will try our best to make your stay at our hotel pleasant. These Terms and Conditions of Residence are developed on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism", as well as other regulatory legal acts and regulate relations in the field of providing hotel and additional services. The fact of payment (acceptance) is a confirmation of your agreement with the rules of residence in the boutique hotel "Sky & Rose"

Proof of identity upon arrival

Upon check-in, the Guest must provide the employee of the reception and accommodation service with a passport or other document that replaces it. All guests staying in the room must provide identification. The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services to guests who do not show identification or refuse to pay.

Check in / Check out

Check-in time - 14.00 local time. Check-out time - 12.00 local time

Early check-in and late check-out

In case of early check-in before 08:00 am, accommodation is paid at the rate of 100% of the room rate per day. In case of arrival in the period from 08:00 to 14:00, 50% of the day of stay is paid, subject to the further stay of the guest. In case of late check-out after 18:00, an additional payment of 100% of the room rate per day will be charged. Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 will be charged an additional 50% of the room rate per night.
Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and only after confirmation by the hotel.

Payment for accommodation

Payment for accommodation services is carried out when booking or directly upon settlement in cash, bank transfer or credit cards in national currency.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation period and the amount of the penalty for late cancellation or no-show occurs in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the booking and may differ for each rate during the booking process for the selected room category. When booking directly on the website, the refund of the prepayment made is carried out only if you have warned about the cancellation of the booking no later than three days before the date of your arrival. The penalty for late cancellation or no-show is 100% of the first day of booking.

Accommodation for children

Children under 5 years old without extra bed are accommodated in the room with their parents for free. A baby bed for children under 2 years old is available free of charge upon prior request. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Extra bed

An extra bed for adults and children of any age is a paid service, its cost is indicated in your booking form or at the reception.

Pets

Pets are allowed in the hotel only with the agreement of the hotel and only if they fall under the category of "dogs and cats of small breeds". The hotel reserves the right to determine if each individual pet can be accommodated. Coordination and accommodation in a room with pets must be accompanied by the signing of the "Rules for Living with Pets". Upon arrival, the guest makes a deposit of 1000 UAH in case of damage to property. If no shortcomings are found during check-out, the deposit is returned to the guest in full. Also, payment is made in the amount of UAH 200. for each day of stay in the pet's room. It is forbidden to leave a pet in room one. Dogs can only be walked outside the hotel.

Smoking

Smoking in the rooms and other areas of the hotel is prohibited, except for specially designated areas. In case of violation of this rule, the hotel will be forced to charge the guest in the amount of UAH 3000. For repeated violation of this rule, the hotel administration has the right to evict the guest from the hotel without a refund for the stay.

Parking

The hotel has a parking lot, where the Guest can leave his car during his stay at the hotel for free. The provision of a parking space does not provide for the protection of the owner's car. Reservation of a seat takes place upon booking. The hotel is under no obligation to provide a parking space without confirmation. The hotel is not responsible for damage to the Guest's car or other vehicles that were in the parking lot or hotel territory.

Security

The Guest is forbidden to bring and store flammable items in the room, to bring materials and items to the hotel territory that endanger the life and health of others and himself. The guest is responsible for things left unattended in the room. Hotel guests are aware and have no objection to the use of CCTV in public areas and on site.

Forgotten things

In case of discovery of forgotten things of the Guest, the Hotel immediately informs the owner about it, if he is known. Forgotten items are kept in the hotel for 6 months. After this period has expired and the owner of forgotten things has not been identified, the Hotel has the right to dispose of these things by drawing up an appropriate act.

Hotel property

The Guest must protect the property of the Hotel. In case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, the Guest shall indemnify for the damage in accordance with the "Price list for lost and damaged property of the hotel". The guest is also responsible for the damage caused to the property of the hotel by members of his family and living with him. In addition to compensation for direct damage, the guest, voluntarily or in court, compensates the hotel for losses associated with downtime of the room during repairs, replacement of furniture, etc. (for example, after flooding with water).

Internal rules of hotel accommodation

From 23:00 to 08:00 in the morning, inside the hotel and on site, you must observe the silence. In the rooms at this time, it is forbidden to turn on high volume audio systems and TVs. The guest should not violate generally accepted norms of behavior, show aggression or actions that threaten the safety of health or property of others.

Visitors can come to the hotel guests from 08:00 to 22:00 hours. The administrator has the right to check the guest's documents and enter them in the log of all hotel guests. The person living in the room is responsible for the guest. If necessary, the administrator has the right to check the guest's documents.

Privacy

The hotel complies with the rules of confidentiality. The hotel may request the personal data of the Guest, which include: surname, first name and contact information, date of birth, dates of arrival and departure, when checking into the hotel or at the time of booking. The guest's personal data is used for the purpose of making room reservations. The personal data of the Guest can also be used to improve the quality of the Hotel's services, to conduct marketing research. Information can be provided to third parties in exceptional cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, only with the permission of the guest and by a court decision.

For violation of these rules of residence, the hotel administration reserves the right to evict the guest from the room, without refund for accommodation.
